5:30-6:30pm: Welcome Happy Hour at the courts

Friday November 11

9-10am: Yoga and Breathing Mediation

10-11am: 1 hour of Private playing time.

11am-1pm: Break for Lunch on your Own

1-4pm: Focussed drills and point play.

Saturday November 12

9-10am: Yoga and Breathing Mediation

10-11am: 1 hour of Private playing time.

11am-1pm: Break for Lunch on your Own

10-11am: Fun games and goodbye
