At Athlos Tennis, we coach all levels of players in the New York and New Jersey areas. Whether you want to learn in a group or one-on-one, our coaches will help you with every aspect of the game. From teaching you about mental strategy to improving your speed, we look forward to helping you become a tennis pro.

Monday and Wednesdays 4:00pm- 5pm ( Intermediate )

Monday and Wednesdays 5:00pm- 6pm ( Beginner/Advanced Beginner)

Saturdays 1pm-2:30pm

( Beginner/Advanced Beginner )

Daily Training:

1-hour indoor private lesson

Prime Time Lesson $180 per hour

Non-Prime Time Lesson $160 per hour

1-hour indoor semi-private lesson group lesson 3 hours training session

Weekly Training:

  • 3 hours / 5 days training session (1 person) $1500/week
  • Accommodation can be arranged at additional cost

Covering All Aspects of Your Game

During your tennis lessons, we will cover all aspects of the game. From mental strength and strategy to conditioning and techniques, our instructors will help you become a well-rounded player.

  • Mental: We will help you go about building confidence and mental toughness with the help of rituals and breathing techniques.
  • Match play and strategy: Whether you are playing singles. or doubles, there is always a strategy to follow. We help you learn everything from court positioning and how to anticipate your opponent’s next shot to creating patterns of play through which you are able to exploit your opponents weaknesses.
  • Strength and conditioning: Tennis isn’t just about hitting the ball. You have to have the strength and conditioning to run around the court and get to the hard-to-reach shot. We will train you to last a whole match.
  • Technique: Tennis is all about technique. From transferring your weight from your legs all the way through the kinetic chain into your racket, we will teach you have to move in the most efficient  possible manner.
